As we officially enter the Spring season, here’s this month’s reminder: celebrate the tiny wins, not just the big milestones. That’s a Happy Hoo, your feel-good cheer when something goes right. Hoooo! (but happy).

As a nurse, I’ve learned the small wins matter most on the hard days. Writing is one of my favorite ways to notice progress, process life, and hold onto what’s good.

So here’s your Happy Hoo for March: growth doesn’t rush. It shows up quietly, little by little, when you keep showing up.
