As we start shifting from winter into spring, here’s this month’s reminder: celebrate the tiny wins, not just the big milestones. That’s a Happy Hoo, your feel-good cheer when something goes right. Hoooo! (but happy).

As a nurse, I’ve learned the small wins matter most on the hard days. Writing is one of my favorite ways to notice progress, process life, and hold onto what’s good.
